<P>一般而言，采用变频新冷媒中央空调(如大金、三菱等)，按业内的框算方法，在广州地区约为机组功率15-20KW/1K平方，造价约20-30万元/1k平方。</P>
<P>其运行成本远比普通柜式或壁式为高。</P>
<P>而且维护也比较麻烦。</P>
<P>中央空调工程保修期只有两年。</P>
<P>装修时也比较复杂。</P>
