< ><FONT face="Times New Roman">“</FONT>三宝、四口<FONT face="Times New Roman">”</FONT>防护制度<BR><BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">“</FONT>三宝、四口<FONT face="Times New Roman">”</FONT>防护<BR><BR>编制依据：<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">    1</FONT>、《安全帽<FONT face="Times New Roman">GB2811—89</FONT>》<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">    2</FONT>、《安全带<FONT face="Times New Roman">GB6095—85</FONT>》<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">    3</FONT>、《安全网<FONT face="Times New Roman">GB5725—1997</FONT>》<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">    4</FONT>、《高处作业安全技术规范<FONT face="Times New Roman">JGT80—91</FONT>》<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">    5</FONT>、建筑施工安全检查标准》<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">    6</FONT>、《施工图纸》<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">    7</FONT>、《施工组织设计》<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">    8</FONT>、《建筑施工安全检查标准实施指南》<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">“</FONT>三宝、四口<FONT face="Times New Roman">”</FONT>防护<BR>一、<FONT face="Times New Roman">“</FONT>三宝、四口<FONT face="Times New Roman">”</FONT>防护<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>、三宝。<FONT face="Times New Roman">A</FONT>安全帽：（<FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>）凡进入施工现场人员必须正确配戴安全帽。（<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>）工地安全员每天必须巡视检查，凡有不按规定正确配戴的，按违章违纪处理，除批评教育外，并辅以每人次<FONT face="Times New Roman">20</FONT>元的罚款。（<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>）安全组按其使用期限，检验安全帽主要技术性能，不合格的坚决予以淘汰。<FONT face="Times New Roman">B</FONT>安全带。（<FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>）凡在<st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="2" UnitName="米"><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>米</st1:chmetcnv>及<st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="2" UnitName="米"><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>米</st1:chmetcnv>以上高处作业无防护时，必须正确系好安全带。（<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>）重点检查搭架子时及修理塔吊、龙门架时的人员配戴情况。<FONT face="Times New Roman">C</FONT>安全网。（<FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>）在建工程外侧从第一步架开始，必须使用密目式安全网全封闭。（<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>）龙门架架体侧使用立网进行防护。（<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>）密目网应绑扎在架体内侧，绑绳采用纤维绳或<FONT face="Times New Roman">φ12-14</FONT>铅丝。（<FONT face="Times New Roman">4</FONT>）安全网支设完毕后，经安全组检查验收后方准使用。<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>、四口防护<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>、楼梯口：本工程留<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>个楼梯通道，其余采用密目网进行临时封闭，在其通道口搭防护棚。<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>、通道口：本工程人行通道口设在南侧，工人进场后一定将其大门上锁，严禁外人进入，干扰施工。<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>、楼梯踏步拆模后及时安装楼梯扶手或沿楼梯设<FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT><st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="True" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="1.2" UnitName="米"><FONT face="Times New Roman">-1.2</FONT>米</st1:chmetcnv>高双层防身护栏。<BR>二、临边防护<BR>卸料平台两侧：设<FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT><st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="True" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="1.2" UnitName="米"><FONT face="Times New Roman">-1.2</FONT>米</st1:chmetcnv>双层护栏并挂立网。<BR>三、安全技术措施<BR>（一）三宝的安全技术措施<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>、安全帽<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">A</FONT>必须购买具有产品合格证产品，购入产品经验收合格后准用。<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">B</FONT>安全帽应不贮存在酸、碱、高温、潮湿等场所，禁止与建物混放。<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">C</FONT>使用期限，塑料不超过<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>年半，玻璃钢橡胶不超过三年半，施工队按期进行抽测，不合格的予以报废，并将抽检情况上报公司。<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>、安全带<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">A</FONT>应高挂低用，防止摆动，不准将绳打结，不将挂钩直接挂于安全绳上。<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">B</FONT>各部件不许任意拆换，更换新绳加绳套，使用两年检测一次。<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">C</FONT>对频繁使用绳，要经常做外观检查，发现异常情况应立即更换新绳。<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>、安全网<BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">A</FONT>密目式安全立网必须购买取得当地建筑安全监督管理部门准用证后的合格产品。外观检测网止不少于<FONT face="Times New Roman">2000</FONT>目<FONT face="Times New Roman">/100</FONT>厘米，相邻两系绳间距<FONT face="Times New Roman">≤</FONT><st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="0.45" UnitName="米"><FONT face="Times New Roman">0.45</FONT>米</st1:chmetcnv>，贮存应放在通风、避光、隔热处，袋装安全网搬运时，禁止使用钩子。定期抽检（每年一次）。绑线使用<FONT face="Times New Roman">φ12-14</FONT>铅丝，网张挂上脚手架内侧，建筑物采用密目立网全封闭。<BR>（二）四口防护安全技术措施<BR>防护棚搭设：楼梯通道口处防护棚，棚宽应大于出入口，长度不少于<st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="False" SourceValue="3" UnitName="米"><FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>米</st1:chmetcnv>，采用钢管搭设，上铺脚手板及荆笆，脚手板厚度应不少于<FONT face="Times New Roman">5</FONT>厘米，满铺。</P>
